Just like there is no single best diet or nutrition program for any one person, there is also no single best fitness program for every person to follow. Moving, exercise, fitness, working out, whatever you chose to call it, it should be something you enjoy. You will work with your coach to find something that challenges your body to improve and something you find enjoyment doing. At Form and Fuel, we do promote regular exercise/movement, because we too believe it is important to “make the body”.

Our relationship with food is much deeper than that. Changing your relationship with food is a skill, and like any skill, it takes practice. That practice is much more than the food you eat and the exercise you do. You will learn to embrace who you are and who you are becoming through self-discovery and personal growth. This practice will help you create a healthier, fitter, happier version of you.
